Grading, Drainage, and Erosion Control

The first step in the construction phase is to insure that the site drains properly and that all usage areas such as patios, terraces and play areas are level.

Underground drainage systems are installed to direct runoff away from the home and use areas. Rock or retaining timber retaining walls are also installed to prevent erosion and runoff.
